Effective team competencies are necessary to establish consistency and contribute to the ultimate success of a company. The first objective is to design a clear charter for the company, so each employee can learn the history, standards and expectations of the organization they will be working for. Each team member needs clearly defined objectives, so they completely understand their role in the future success of the company.
